Lower Sproul Project: Anthony Hall Renovation

Lower Sproul Redevelopment

Anthony Hall Renovation

Anthony Hall, also known as the Pelican Building and home of the Graduate Assembly (GA), is being renovated as part of the Lower Sproul Redevelopment program.  In addition to a seismic safety upgrade, the building will have better access and an improved interior.  Construction is scheduled to be complete for the start of the Spring 2013 semester.

GA offices are temporarily located in Eshleman Hall on the fourth floor.  They are scheduled to return to Anthony Hall the week of January 21, 2013.

Work hours for this project are 7am -7pm weekdays.  Parking on Eshleman Road (the roadway in front of Anthony Hall) will not be impacted by the project, except perhaps for short periods of time to allow for materials deliveries.

Questions about construction should be directed to UC Berkeley Capital Projects at 510 643-4793
