The Office of Student Development, Residential Living Department is hiring for Residence Hall Staff positions for the 2013-2014 academic year! The positions available are: Resident Assistants (RA), Theme Program Assistants (TPA), and Apartment Assistants (AA).
Hall Staff positions are academic year, live-in positions in the University residence halls, where you have the opportunity to create change, positively impact the lives of students as they transition into UC Berkeley, and gain a deeper understanding about yourself and your strengths. Some of the rewards of being on Hall Staff include: leadership experience, team-building skills, appreciation of diversity, program and event planning skills, conflict mediation skills, opportunity to work on social justice and inclusion issues, and your own personal growth.
For Hall Staff, we are looking for individuals who have a strong commitment to community living, serving the needs of a dynamic, fostering the growth of a diverse student population, and helping shape someone’s Cal experience.
